Emancipation

Couple of shows coming up this week, hopefully something near you.

In San Francisco, Feller Quentin is playing on Saturday April 23rd at the Shelton Theatre, with Ray Vast’s Basement & Friends, and Dominic East of Our Lady of the Highway. The Shelton Theatre is located at 533 Sutter Street, between Powell and Mason Streets.

Meanwhile, on Sunday April 24th at the opposite end of the country, Stamen & Pistils are playing with their pals the Fatales at DC9 in Washington DC. This show is with Benzos and Carol Bui

I Am The World Trade Center road, have been doing a few dates recently, the next one being on April 29 in Columbia, SC at the New Brookland Tavern.

Also, S&P guitarist Miguel Lacsamana has been moonlighting with Metropolitan playing guitar for them, and will be playing the Rock Against Rape Benefit at Georgetown University in Washington DC., sponsored by WGTB Georgetown Radio. Saturday April 30th 2005 w/ Travis Morrison, Head Roc War Machine, Jeffrey Lewis, Sunday Mail.

Feller Quentin’s “I Am Not a Monster” is for sale in our shop, and available from Amazon.com as well. It should be available very soon in other shops as well, stay tuned.

Wonderful news that Amy Dykes from I Am The World Trade Center is in remisison and doing well. IATWTC are currently scheduled to a number of dates, starting with a DJ set tonight with Of Montreal.

Stamen & Pistils are playing this month with Benzos, Carol Bui, and pals from Brooklyn, The Fatales on April 24th at DC9, 1940 9th St. in DC.

A new review for Feller Quentin’s disc from DC Pulse magazine, positive if not a touch schizophrenic. Also, one from IndieWorkshop, who refer to the album as a “genius collection” of songs, and well, we rather agree.
